Training for LE Special Operations

I’m currently training for federal special operations and would like a stack recommendation. This is what I have currently if you recommend anything different let me know I’m still learning this side. This will be my 3rd time cycling after almost a year off. At the moment I am 6ft2 weighing at 180 trying to push 200 LBS


and get a stronger upper for pull ups push ups, and stronger base for rucking squats and movements.My first cycle was a 2week run of test P and Dbol following 2 weeks of clen. 2nd cycle was test p dbol and then Winstrol and pct. My second cycle pushed me to 185 but then I feel back to 179-180. So looking for a good stack my 3rd time around

Not enough info here and def no Tren for a third cycle.

Definitely no tren at all if you need any sort of endurance threshold.

This is not a quality source to be honest bro. Much better options out there, maybe cheaper too

I agree with all of the above. Test C / EQ would be a good combo along with adequate nutrition and training. How tall are you? You’re not going to gain a keepable 20lbs in one cycle period. The only way to do this would be to cruise on Test in between.

Funny how you want to take steroids to get a job that punishes those that buy and take steroids.

More importantly what are your testing parameters, minimum scores and where do you currently stack up

This, take advice from Klein, he’s living it. Do you really need to gain weight to pass, will that even aid the goals?

I also don’t understand how you’re 6’2 and 180lbs after 3 cycles, are you absolutely peeled?

I’m 6’2 and 210 currently, always been skinny was 150lbs when I started properly (and 210lb doesn’t feel massive either) so I get the pain, but my advice would be train hard and eat harder, if you want to gain weight do it before drugs, otherwise you won’t have learned how to do it properly and the gains you make on drugs will just disappear post cycle.

Maybe start by focusing on getting into the job, then focus on gaining?

Did I read this right? 2 week cycles? That’s too short and a bad idea to risk messing with your hormones for next to no gains. 3 months of plain old test (300-500mg)/week and maybe EQ or Primo, then a PCT is my advice.

I’m already in the agency at the moment, just training for that specific field. I was interested in it due to the fact that a lot of the guys that are on that team are running enhancements. Yes its a written rule but no one is enforcing it.

decided to opt out of the tren, realized I was pushing it but still looking for a sub, I was thinking Test, dbol and deca just trying to figure out how long I’m going to run that stack and trying to learn what the upsides and downsides are.

the first time i did it, it was 2.5 weeks, my 2nd cycle was a month, trying to get better information to at least make my 3rd worth it and understand what I need to do

1.5 mile run 11 minutes or less, Currently running a 10:57, Forty pushups no time limit, can bang out 55 in 3ish minutes as of now, 8 pull ups minimum can do 16 as of now want to reach 20s, 42 situps in one minute, can do 50 atm, 300m run in 54 seconds, can do it in 42 seconds. the rest of the qualifications is swimming stuff.

I’m pretty confident that statistically speaking, selection for LE special teams is strongly correlated with a low 1.5 mile time and high pullups.

Maybe anabolics and a heavier weight will help you reach those goals, I am not sure.

I assume your pull-up max number is you performing them fresh? It’d be worth checking if possible to see how they are performed on the day of testing. I know that a lot of agencies in Aus test the max pullups immediately after another strenuous activity, such as a weight bearing obs course. If so, it’s definitely work knowing about it

I can do 16 pullups after my pushups, fresh I can do max 17, I know anabolic wont really help with my run time, just running alone can, but I wanted to use anabolics and the peptides mainly for the rucking and gaining strength in my legs, I had a Patellar tracking injuy in my left leg from the marines, so it is weaker I wanted to buff them up and get bulkier to have an easier time rucking bc i have to ruck 6 miles in a 1:45 carrying 40 lbs.

Yeah I know haha, but as I said I talked with a member that goes to my gym and a lot them use it, so I wanted to learn how to use it to benefit me for that field like they are using it, you understand?
