Cool, playing it safe. I’m 52 and been on trt for 2 years and I did months of research before I pulled the trigger on anything. I do a weak blast 2x year to get back in shape (my weight room is in my shed, the 2 hot and cold months I slack off). I just double my test to 250-300mg/week and add Cardarine and Proviron for 2 months and I’m good. I spent hours on anabolicminds and learned tons. You have to sign up after 3 reads, and the rules are strict. I got banned for posting a link to a website with cheap tuna!

I wanted to add with the right routine tren isn’t the death sentence for cardio it’s made out to be. Add something like a nitric oxide booster or anything that gets more oxygen in your blood (epo maybe lol) and you’ll be fine. The best shape I was ever in was mid cycle back in my infantry days. Ran my quickest 2 miles during a test e, tren, eq, and winny cycle. Just over 11 minutes. I was on some oxygen booster that has since been banned but there is similar shit out there

10-12 weeks is about the smallest length you want for a cycle. Mine are usually about 18 wks these days.

Same advice about the run applies to rucking. That same month I did 12 miles with a 65lb ruck in 2:15. AAS won’t kill your cardio if you push yourself and hydrate. Anything that helps get oxygen in your blood and to your muscles will help too

Was thinking about trying proviron next cycle to help with the ED I get if I run too many ancillaries. Is it true all I hear about prov wrecking the hair line? I’m already receding and thinning so that’s the one thing holding me up

If you’re thinning now, it’ll speed it up. My hair went to hell about 15 years ago. I went from looking like a young David Lee Roth to an old DLR, lol. I’ve been head shaving for 15 years, but when I let it go for a week or 2 it doesn’t look any thinner. Proviron definitely gets the mood going, that’s the main reason I added it. The fact that it really complements test is a bonus. It affects HDL/LDL too depending on dose, that’s why I add Cardarine. It’s really good for that. As well as the usual stuff: Fish oil, broccoli capsules, and oatmeal a few times a week.

Your list of usual stuff looks pretty similar to mine, just make sure you’re taking milk thistle if you’re on anything especially liver toxic, like dbol for one example.

I have a check up in a few weeks and was planning to ask my doc to try finasteride. Do you think the regular dosage and use of finasteride would be enough to combat the damage to the hairline done by proviron if I took that?

I’ve read of guys using that while on Proviron. I think as long as you keep it below 50mg/day, it’s not bad on the hair. I usually take 25mg most of the year, then take 25mg every 12hrs when I blast. it’s not a C-17, so it’s not liver toxic. I take Liv-52 when I blast to play it safe. Some hardcore pros will take up to 150mg/day for the last 2 weeks of training. I’d want to hump everything that moves on that dose, lol!
