Test Cyp & Var Cycle

So, I’m starting the following cycle:-

Test Cyp 400mg per week (2x200mg)
Var 50mg a day (split dosage am/pm)

This will be an 8 week cycle. I have PCT arranged.

I currently take:-
Creatine 5g
BCAA
MCT Oil
Ashwaghanda
Vit D
Zinc
Magnesium
Fish oil

My diet is clean, low carb as I’m looking to cut during this cycle. I’m currently 183cm and weigh 91.5kg.

Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts or ideas

Cheers

If it were me I would keep the var going for 4-5 weeks and run the test to 10-12 weeks. It will take a few weeks to reach blood saturation with the cyp.

An 8 week cycle going into PCT seems like a complete waste of time and money. You might even end up worse than when you started.

Run 12-16 weeks. Put the anavar on the end (last 6 weeks) of they cycle if this is the first time you’ve run test. That gives you time to troubleshoot one drug at a time.

T cyp takes 40 days to reach steady state. T E only takes 22. For blasts I prefer T E
I am on TRT 100mg/w T cyp I keep that steady and just add 400 TE for my blast. I am old so I usually only blast for 8 weeks. No PCT just drop the TE and any AAS I was taking.

The supplements look good I would consider a CoQ10 for your lipids, P5P(B6) to keep your prolactin in check so no gyno and 20mg Cardarine is also known as Endurobol or GW – 501516 to protect everything else.

Good luck

Look up what asymmetric risk is and then ask yourself if this is a good idea or not.

Thanks for all the speedy replies! Much appreciated… all taken on board too.

I’ll run the Var the last 6 weeks, that sounds like plan of attack I’ll go for

Cheers guys

Var lowers my SHBG so much, I have to increase my test injection frequency. Would be curious if you get labs before and during the run to see if you run into the same issue. Maybe the higher test dose would compensate for that tho

Ok so I’m good to go.
Plan of attack is:-

Test Cyp 400mg (200x2) for 12 weeks
Var 50mg for 6 weeks (last 6)
Cardarine 20mg per day for 12 weeks

I’ll be using Nolva for PCT.

Supplements:-

Whey protein
Vit D
Magnesium
Zinc
Ashwaghanda
BCAA

What are your thoughts on subing the BCAA with Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)
I hope you will keep us posted on how the cycle is going.

Supplements: Going to want to add some fish oil to this. Var is primarily metabolized in the kidneys but most guys do liver support (NAC, TUDCA) on orals as well. I don’t hear many guys talk about creatine anymore in their supps but it’s still a mainstay for most.

Apologies

I also use
Creatine 5G daily
Omega 3 fish oil 1000mg

I’ll keep you all posted with how the cycle goes

Thanks guys

I never liked creatine. It makes me hold water.
It is great for high school skinny kids that need to plump up so they look bigger but I was never that skinny kid.

Skinny high school kids take it because you can get it ay any grocery store. One of the only proven legal supplements out there. I think you just posted in another thread about maximizing your ATP. Creatine is it. Helps convert ADP back to ATP, pound out a few more reps here and there. Might only be one rep but you won’t notice it like you do all the other stuff we are taking.

True, I’ve held water in the past on it… I might sack it off whilst I’m on cycle…

Yea, think I’ll do that

Can I probe what you mean here? The only thing I’ve heard about cardarine is that it was dropped by pharma development for rapidly causing cancer and bring highly toxic.

ryan ankrom cardarine video really does cover it all way better than I can.

I’ve noticed this too. It even adds quite a layer of water over my stomach, obscuring quite a bit of a abdominal definition.

I’ll take the extra vanity over the smidge of extra strength it gives me I’m the gym.

I never noticed anything in terms of weight or water while taking creatine. Also not strength wise.

@3:03 great, if true.

Thanks for posting, not really that reassuring - his argument: the studies used 55mg HED and run it for two years, I only use 20mg and cycle it 12 weeks with 2 off, so it’s fine.

Not bashing, it’s all personal choice but the risk/reward profile seems well off in this to me.
