Tonights Arm workout (more of a tricep workout)
I normally do JM Presses for 3 sets of 5 but skipped this one and went right into Rack Lockouts.
Back at my regular gym, where I know the correct rack height. Last time (at this gym), struggled with 305 and squeezed out one rep. Shooting for 315 tonight.
Rack Lockouts, just above 90 degrees:
225x5
245x5
265x5
275x5
295x5
315x5!!!
I am sure the fact that this was my first exercise for the evening helped. I can’t believe how easy 315 was, no struggles what so ever!
V-bar pressdowns:
3sets of 8 of 120lbs
Full body dips to failure- one set
DB curls:
30lbx6
15x12
10x40
20x6
Abs (Claire’s routine from Youtube) I love these Claire!!!
Cardio: 20 minutes on bike
I’ve increased my calories for the past 2 weeks and I think that has really helped with me setting new PRs lately. I feel so much stronger. side affect is I am starving ALL THE TIME!!! I am eating every 2 hours and I don’t mean apples and cheese sticks either
My weight is up to 127.5! Thats why I decided to tack on a little Cardio after workouts.

The 185lb bench video was great. I love how you set yourself up and the weight looked easy:)
I tried your bicep routine again. Increased the weights and definitely felt it the next day.
Glad you liked the ab routine. That’s what I love about logs is finding new ideas for training. I got the link from a guy’s log on another website. My abs are my weakness so I am trying to train them more. So easy to just decide to skip abs.
I hear you on the starving all the time. I increased my calories and loved the full feeling but after about a week my body wants more food. I decided to keep the calories but cut the carbs down and add more protein and fat. I still eat a good amount of carbs just complex and only during certain times of the day. Weight is stable which is what I want.
Workouts look awesome and congrats on the PRs. You are going to hit that 200lb bench soon.
