I have managed as much as 65lb. I was benching 170lb raw and benched 235lb with my shirt. That is the most ever.
I would say I get at least 40lbs, usually more (Titan Fury - single ply). I have a tighter bench shirt. The problem is I need too much weight to touch. Once I break it in, I am hoping to get my 250lb bench. I need to do more lockout work.
I train for a shirt. I have a super wide grip that hurts my raw but is great with the shirt. I would train differently if I was a raw lifter and would not benefit as much from the shirt.
It is hard to both a raw and shirt lifter. The groove is different.

Thanks Claire, I agree the training is different and I hate that I may lose some raw strength I am so close to my 200lb goal. But at this point shirt training IS more important, my goal right now is to bring home a medal for the USA!!!
My smaller shirt just arrived yesterday and I will get in it on the 26th! Can’t wait!
Ok, so I’ve been out of the gym for almost a week because I had my wisdom teeth taken out last Friday and boy was it a BIT**!!! I definitely did not have a speedy recovery and bounced back like everyone else did. Its been a week today and I’m still taking heavy pain meds and my left jaw is STILL numb…WTF?!!
Anyway, I had it and had to go to the gym to do something. So I did some random stuff:
