what kind of ab workouts could i do at home to help get more visible abs.
im on my schools track team and we do plenty of cardio. im a sprinter and i want stronger and more visible abs. we do squats and deadlifts twice a week and run twice a week. what kind of ab workouts should i do at home.

i have some weights at home the can be used for my ab workouts. i have 4 10lb weights. 2 5lbs and 2 20lb dumbels.

Diet plays a very significant role in visible abs since body fat hides it.

What is your diet like?

You don’t need visible abs to run fast. Concentrate on your goal. Everything you do is done to achieve our goal, which is to run faster in your chosen event.

However if you keep squatting, deadlifting and sprinting(in a properly designed program)? and the abs will come.

Heavy suitcase holds(obliques & grip - either dumbbells or barbell) for 10-20 secs, heavy leg raises(front abs & hip flexors) will build your abs and improve your sprint speed(better force transfer through the torso). Cut out the low intensity cardio (if your doing it) and start doing intervals with max intensity minimal rest. And clean your diet up.
