Didnt really know a great place to put this so I stuck it in beginner.
Ive really only been reading the site now for about 6 months and have seen some great workouts and tried some great workouts (10x3,5x5) workouts have been great. As I am getting ready to switch workouts again I wanted to see what some of yall thought were the toughest workouts you have done?
My personal goal is some fat loss.
So what do yall think? What is teh toughest workout you have done?
Ian King’s Limping programs. Your legs will scream please stop torturing me! I love all his workouts…lots of em changed my whole body composition and the way i train. You will need to use the search option on the site to find his articles as they are from back in 99-2001 back when this wasn’t even T-Nation …it was t-mag! This site has surely changed lots!
