Most Intense T-Nation Program?

What’s the most physically demanding T-Nation program. I’m bulking and TBT is not cutting it for me really. It’s a good program I’m not bashing it. It’s just I feel like I’m barely working and I’m never sore. Is there any full body program or upper body program on here that’s more demanding?
Thanks
P.S. Please don’t bash me lol

What does feeling depleted and sore have to do with getting bigger and stronger?

try two a days. do abbh, but split the volume into 2 parts, one for AM and one for PM and increase all the sets by 1-3.

btw dont be a fucktard and think being sore is gonna make you teh hyooogggeeeee

I’m currently on TBT, finishing it in 2 weeks time and I do feel slightly sore the following day. But the idea is not to train for that soreness, because you are working the same body part so frequently. I think it’s a pretty good program. My strength gains are pretty good. Like poundages I could only do for 5 reps on flat bench I can now do for 8 reps on the inclined.

it dont get any more intense than Thib’s

after completing this do the same for upper back.

btw, soreness is connective tissue, buddy, not muscle.

Have you read Waterbury’s Frequency article? it’s a good read.

Getting sore is incredibly easy, just don’t workout for a month, then do ten sets a body part to failure in the higher rep ranges.

The next day you should hate yourself and I should be laughing at you for thinking soreness has anything to do with success.

Rolo.

I think getting sore is a matter of lowering the weight very slowly as well, something about heavy weight and time under tension while resisting the weight instead of lifting it. Try that next time you go and be teh hyoooogor

If you really wanna get sore and have that soreness be T-Nation approved soreness, do a 7 week program of CW’s OSC. It’s quite the conditioning workout and turns you into an A$$ stomping machine. (It’s my favorite program btw.)

If you feel like you’re barely working, you aren’t pushing youreself hard enough.

Absolutely. Try this.

Mon - Wed - Fri

A1. Flat Bench 10 x 10
(no rest)
A2. Push up (to failure) 10 sets

Try and use as much weight as you possibly can and shoot your ass up in the air when you press.

Tues - Thurs - Sat

A1. Barbell curl 10 x 10
A2. Wrist curl (to failure) 10 sets

Again, try and use as much weight as you can physically support – don’t worry if you can’t actually curl it more than a few inches, just get a guy that looks real strong to spot you, and also lean way back. It may feel like you could hurt your back but it’s really working the inner biceps. If you bump uglies with your spotter it means you’re leaning back the right amount.

In all seriousness, TBT is the most intense program I’ve done. You either are not following the protocols for rest time, are not using the proper load selection, or both. 5 reps means that if you were to attempt a 6th rep you would FAIL. Step it up a notch.
