Concerning TBT:
I like it, but it’s most useful when employing a high frequency training approach while on a very hypocaloric diet. Great size retention (or even slight gains) that way.

It’s all about choosing the right tool for the right task.

you gotta laugh man , i don’t mean any reel offence but can’t resist it. yes we did find autrailia all be it by mistake . we also found america but we weren’t interested in that because australia had more soap’s that we could put on the TV.

If TBT is really the way you want to go add in:
side and rear lateral work
Calves
Hamstrings
Arm work
