For hypotrophy I’ve found not working out at all and eating next to nothing does wonders. Hypertrophy on the other hand, well that is still up for debate.

Nice catch. I haven’t seen a post regarding hypotrophy yet. Unless you consider all the posts about “not getting too huge”, if that’s the case, then that horse is dead too.
Hypotrophy = Anti-Swole

Here’s a guy who signs up at a major physique site and asks for advice on how to get smaller? I still can’t convince myself he was trolling either. It just didn’t come off that way over several posts.
Here’s the deal. You don’t even need to use the search button. If you’re new to this site, stop for a second, and read the opening page. If you don’t want to click the back button or open a new window, I’ve copied an excerpt from it (without the permission of T-Nation…don’t tell them)
It goes something like this:
“It’s home to bodybuilders, powerlifters, Mixed Martial Artists, and in fact, athletes of any kind who stand to benefit from increased size, increased strength, increased power, or increased endurance.”
It doesn’t say anything in there about decreasing size, strength or performance. If you want to get smaller, don’t want the advice or bodybuilders, PLers, etc, and don’t want to put the time and effort into accomplishing your goals, don’t click the button that says CLICK TO ENTER T-Nation MEGA SITE.
