Top Training Videos

You remind of “The Situation” on Jersey Shore…any relation?

Well, I don’t know about about anyone else, but my plan to start a thread titled TOP BODY PARTS featuring only pictures of my dick is a GO!!

Genetics don’t change…
My genetics were TERRIBLE when I woke up this morning. Lucky for me things corrected themselves when at 12 noon I turned from a 9 year old Caucasian kid from Canada back into the bald headed black man from Texas that I had become so fond of.
I would not have wanted to be one of your morning patients that day.

Guess you got a macro lens for Christmas!

Save it kid - I personally applaud you for the obvious hard work you’ve put in, but these boards are tough - very few people are considered impressive around here, and if you put yourself out there and are deemed “not worthy” by our hardcore elite, you will pretty much get nothing but insults and a raft of shit.

And of course it’s self centered - bodybuilding by its nature is self-centered. The kid is a competitor who’s trying to make a name for himself, I’m not surprised that he would post self-promoting material.

LOL.

You can believe that if you want to, but NONE of the regulars here, especially in the T-Cell, here have a hard time applauding hard work.

You even had Stu tell you that your posts and sites come across as very conceited.

When this many people who have built more muscle than you have all tell you the same thing, perhaps, just maybe, some of us know what the hell we are speaking of.

You have some development. You are no doubt ahead of most people your own age. All of us can see that. However, does your development truly impress people who have been at this themselves for over a decade and stand out as well? No, it doesn’t. You haven’t even filled out yet and still have that “softer” build that younger guys often have. That “density” or muscle maturity won’t come until later.

You also do NOT and never did have weak genetics. However, your approach to gaining from this point on will likely be stunted by either your choice to stay extremely ripped while gaining despite what your body may be telling you (because not everyone gains muscle optimally while trying to maintain less than 10% body fat and whether you do or not should be your first query before you just decide on one approach)…as well as the same attitude I see from some small number of other natural competitors who seem to think they are limited or are already near their genetic limit.

Once again, Stu competes and is also a hell of a lot more accepting than me and even he told you what everyone else did.

Yeah, you can keep believing the problem is us if you want to. I am sure it helps you get to sleep.

Look at his room. wow.

he does appear to love blowing his own trumpet. also, last time i checked 225lb barbell rows for 20 reps isn’t really that impressive…?
nick, i’m no expert, but wouldn’t it make sense to NOT compete so often and so young, you know to actually give yourself a chance to gain some actual mass. You’re constantly cutting down for shows, you need to give yourself some time to bulk!

Training Video FAIL…

I never blamed T-Nation… I accepted responsibility way back on this thread for comming off conceited… That was just a break in the channel, I did not think about the fact that, if that is the first time seeing me, than I most definitly sound self-worshipping. I understand, and took full responsibilty for that AND appologized for it. I had no intention of it…

I DO agree with you that for 100% OPTIMAL results, I will want to bulk heaviler, however, my current career building path at the moment, prevents me from doing so, which is fine with me. I agree with everything you said, and HAVE agreed. BUT I have to dissagree with having good genetics. If you saw photos of before lifting, and progress over the last 4-5 years of it, you would agree.

That aside though, to you AND everyone on this thread, I did NOT mean to come off as viewing myself as better than ANYONE. I actually have a pretty poor self-image, but This was just an update for those who have been following the videos. Again, my apologies for comming off as such.

Nick.

Why would I agree? If you saw pictures of me as a freshmen in high school, you would think I had posted pictures of some starving Somalian kid. I worked UP to 150lbs by the time I graduated. Your genetics don’t change and that term does not simply apply to what you looked like BEFORE training. It also applies to how far you can go over time in terms of size built.

By your logic, I also have bad genetics. I’ll tell that to my shirt sleeves.

that’s a good training video
Oh wait…

Nick, you know a lot of the bigger dudes here started off as just lean and/or skinny guys before they started lifting. If you are judging your genetics on the fact that you were skinny before you started working out, you are pretty off base.

bleh.

A vid from a while back of Matt Kroc and Johnnie Jackson doing some crazy shit. I didn’t even know dumbells this big existed…

this video is cheesy lol^
