Hey guys,
Just dropping in to wish a happy New year 010 to all, and let you know to check out my channel for some crazy Training videos w. various producers/photographers, featuring myself as well as other competitive bodybuilders.

I don’t generally just talk about myself… Check out the rest of the channel bro. It’s been up for a while, but most of the videos are on nutrition, pre-contest prep… Even taking viewers into a competition, and how to peak etc. Just trying to promote the sport man. The channel has a few thousand subscribers, and I haven’t updated it in a couple of weeks so THIS specific video was just to leave an update… Let them know the channel is still going etc.
And I’m “tiny” compared to some Jr.s because I’m not a junior… I’m 18, and I’m natural. Oh and Jasmine, yes I have seen Jason Genova lol… Not at all the same thing. I can see why it might look like that if this is the first video you have seen, but check the rest out. The last couple of just photo shoots etc. But further back are nutrition, dieting, contest prep etc. All that good stuf.
Apologies if this comes off self centered, that’s not what the intention is
Do you plan on staying small your whole bb’ing career? Sounds like you’ve got some contest experience under your belt, I would focus on getting hayoooooj if I were you. You seem to have decent genetics as far as muscle shape and leanness, from what I can see.
Working on it… Arms just under 17", legs 24" waist 28" etc. etc. At 5’7". I will continue to get a big as I can, but over the years I have learned, as long as you have your nutrition down, as a natural competitor it’s more beneficial to stay clean while bulking. Not competition lean of course, but enough to keep detail. It’s working for me at least. My genetics were pretty terrible to begin with… I was 104lbs freshmen year. More importiantly though, I have to keep fairly lean for modelling, and adverts. That’s becoming my career right now, so defniitly top priority.

Genetics don’t change…[/quote]
My genetics were TERRIBLE when I woke up this morning. Lucky for me things corrected themselves when at 12 noon I turned from a 9 year old Caucasian kid from Canada back into the bald headed black man from Texas that I had become so fond of.

Thank God! Although you still would have kept your respect around here because EVERYONE is fully aware of genetic shifting.

I’m not trying to shoot you down or anything man. I’m natural too and am currently 14/16 weeks out from my first two shows. In my opinion I can’t call myself a bodybuilder until I place in a show. You may rub people the wrong way because at 18 you still have a lot to learn about training, diet, etc. Not to mention winning a few small shows doesn’t make you a pro. Your ego is far better than your current physique.
Wait, I’m confused… I clicked on a thread titled “Top training vids”, expecting to chime in about ‘Blood N Guts’, or hear about Cutler’s latest DVD, and instead I get this? Huh?
And Nick,… not to say that you talk about yourself a lot,… but it does come across that way. Every thread I’ve read by you mentions that you’re a young natty competitor, occasionally listing the shows you’ve done, or (as in your whey protein thread in the Alpha forum) makes a point to say that you know what you’re doing.
Believe me bro, I respect the fact that you get into contest condition and are so disciplined at a young age, but most folks on here aren’t going to be inspired by your physique. Just the same as most ‘hardcore’ gym folks who view ANY natty competitors (except the real freakish standouts) won’t be. Hell, I compete as a natty, but still get fired up after watching the really big (‘assisted’) competitors in magazines and vids.
That first vid image you posted up looks like one of those questionable dvd ads you’d find in the back of an older issues of MuscleMag International.
Funny thing is dude usually has to ask random people in the gym for a spot. Can you imagine being asked, ‘Hey buddy, you mind spotting my 700lbs bench?’
