Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
The POF aren’t bad but there’s some middle ground with movements too. Like squats are considered a mid range but all depending on execution can be lengthened for quads or glutes and fall into a lengthened/mid-range area.
That would be an incredibly long list and way too comprehensive for here. But would probably make a good article.
