If you guys could only pick 5 supplements cause you didnt have that much cash 2 spend in order what would they be. Also im taking animal flex joint supplement, but would i be wise to jsut take fish oil instead?

I, personally, only take fish oil when I start to feel some pain in my elbow during high(er) frequency lifting. It takes care of it within a few days, but, other than that, I don’t notice anything different with it. Most people swear by it, though, so it’s worth looking into, especially if you are looking for a supplement that will help your joints WITH an additional laundry list of benefits.
Surge is a little specific, I don’t know if you were looking more for general supplement ideas… all I know is that after using protein + Gatorade drinks, I decided to fork over a little extra for it and, despite my skepticism going in (some people cream their pants mentioning the stuff), I haven’t looked back.
Protein is obvious, I love the sleep I get from ZMA (and at $9 a month it’s a steal), and creatine is as time tested as they come (dirt cheap and a container lasts forever). In fact, all three of these products can be purchased from this site as cheap as anywhere else you can find them, I think, so they’re definitely worth AT LEAST an honest shot at making it into your regular regimen (hell, they are a staple in most people’s, if that’s any indication as to their value).

I am about to try a whole bunch of other stuff this week, so I may add to the list, so far the past year I have gotten on very nicely with the Waxy Maize as a carb source after Justin Harris’ numerous recommendations. It mixes really easily and doesn’'t make me want to puke unlike dextrose or maltodextrin.
