Hi guys, I wanted to know opinions on whether 3 cups(Divided into 3 servings for the first part of the day) of Fat Free/ Lactose Free Milk is too much while on the “Don’t Diet” by John Berardi. I usually mix the oatmeal along with the milk but wanted to know if I’m making a mistake by the addtion of too much milk. Thanks!
