I take a creatine serum… personally i love the stuff, but i’ve been taking another supplement that also contains 3g of creatine…
the serum suggests you take 5ml before exercise only…
the other supplement is taken as and when really, but especially before and after a workout…
would a total of 3g creatine and 5ml creatine serum be too much or is it nothing to worry about? i’ve not been told theres anything wrong with that, but have been cautious just in case!
any thoughts??
