Who has tried Surge and what kind of results did you notice?
I’ve been using Surge for a few months now. I typically use it three times a week after my weight workouts. If I have a grueling sprint workout, I’ll occasionally use it then as well. I’ve noticed a decrease in muscle soreness and increase recovery abilities. I’ve been able to train harder and sometimes longer with no side effects or overtraining. I can definitely tell the difference. Surge also tastes great, and I look forward to using it. If I could afford to, I’d use it after every workout. And if I only recommended one supplement (besides multi vitamin, vit c & e, fish oils, ZMA), it would be Surge. I think that most people can get enough protein and other nutrients from whole food sources. But nothing beats the post-workout abilities of Surge.

I’m 44 yrs old and my recovery is less than
optimal. Prior to surge, I could NOT work out
on two consecutive days. I’d be trashed.
Now with Surge I can do 2 on-1 off-2 on and
I feel great. And if that isn’t enough, I’m
seeing some mass gains that just haven’t been
there before. I attribute it to the increased
volume I can now do because of the surge.

I have been using Surge after every workout since it became available (except for those weeks when it was on back-order and I went through withdrawls). It tastes great, and my recovery is much better. Not so much soreness and I can feel myself growing!!!
