Holyshit u live about 30 mins from me, why get a personal trainer, just read on this site and get gym staff to show u lifts.

Hi Charged
It’s not for me, I run a gym in Bagshot (about an hour up the M3) and I was asked if I knew any trainers in Southampton -which I don’t but I consider T-Nation a great place to find a trainer that will do a good job.

Do you know of any?
