I just had a friend call me and make fun of me for cutting all the sleeves off the same. He says I need to buy real tank tops.
I told him these are better.
These are CUSTOM.

There is a huge difference between the two.
Anyone who can help me reach that level? I am all ears.
Anyone trying to put me down can honestly kiss my ass.

Too bad there isn’t a lunge machine. It seems that you suck dick at anything that isn’t in a fixed plane.

220 come contest day, unassisted?
I’m no expert, but my knee-jerk reaction is illustrated by the picture.
Wish you all the luck in the world achieving it though. Better get a coach if you do decide to set a date and do a contest. If CT can get you to 220 in contest shape, I would strongly consider hiring the guy. lol

LOL. I would LOVE to see all of the critics here do a movement they never did the first time on camera and look perfect doing it.
Some of you are clearly full of shit.
But hey, keep it up.

LOL. That is why I avoid giving my weight on here.
Like I said, I will rely on CT’s advice…even though I am sure you’ve trained tons of guys.

First, LOL @ how polarizing you are. Douche bags with 4 fucking posts are coming in to pile on, god the internet is as retarded as 20 year old colege kids talking to people with kids their age like they know more about “life” than the old man… (I was the same way when I was a kid too… Now @ 31 I know I don’t know shit, and never have. Personally, I was surprised to see some of the weak points that have been mentioned. But I like Professor X a lot more after watching the videos, and I find myself actually “rooting” for him. That’s basically my thought on the subject. Not in an asshole way, just that there are obvious weak points. I can definitely understand Waylander’s posts. PX’s form seems off on some basic exercises and is somewhat masked by CT but at the same time I agree there’s somewhat of a “rooting for PX” in my mind and my criticisms only come from the same place they come from seeing any lifter, right away I look for what could be brought up because that’s how it gets after you’ve seen hundreds of physiques.
I thought it was interesting today though that CT said he himself would have to drop 25lb to be in contest condition even though he’s so damn lean now. I mentioned to PX a little while ago that I would bet he’d have to be 225 to be really lean and he said he doubted it but now I’m thinking for contest condition he’d be around 205 or so. Like CT said, people really underestimate how much has to be lost for that. I mean look at Stu, he was a lean 210 and he competes around 175
by the way Modok, has X even said he’s natural? I’ve never seen that said by him and even if he said it, who knows. I have no idea, and that goes for most people…you generally almost never know.
If hes taking Indigo, hes natural. Maybe im wrong, but if someone had the choice between Indigo or steriods as a way to leanout/gain muscle, wouldnt the steroid be better?

weight is weight, don’t matter what you’re pushing. That said, whole lot easier to push a prowler by yourself than a car ;)
I used to push cars for rugby traing from the age of 15-18. I have to get back into it again, great for power and explosiveness.
But watching these videos, it seems to me that pushing the prowler is a lot harder (obv if you have enough weight) due to the friction caused. There is no momentum, unlike the car.
I had to get my dad to break every so often because after the intial ‘take off’ it was a lot of momentum.
This is true. You don’t have much momentum because the prowler wants to stop. Pushing a car is fairly easy if no one is braking. Larger vehicles obviously are better because it’s harder toget momentum on them, but they still require braking at times.
corst I would like to see you push a car by yourself “fairly easily”
Have you tried it? My sister has moved my old car when it was in neutral. Any seasoned lifter should be able to do so “fairly easily”
A “seasoned lifter.” If you are applying that term to corstijir then you are out of your mind

CT said I may have to drop to 220 to be in contest shape. You on the other hand wrote that to be as lean as Austin I would have to drop below 220. Not the same at all.
Look, guys, I am all for constructive criticism, but what Waylander is doing ain’t that. Waylander’s glaring weak points are his chest and quads…so for him to come on here like I wasted the past decade by being so out of proportion is ridiculous.
The difference, the only reason I am bringing that up now is because of the prickish way he entered this thread along with Austin.
No one is against truly constructive criticism. That is why I am here…and no offense, I will rely on CT’s advice before your’s or anyone else in this thread even though it isn’t like I put zero value in it.
I was looking for my post on that, I knew I was referring to someone’s leanness but couldn’t remember who but yea it was Austin. Anyway if CT could really get you in contest shape at 220 that would be nuts. It seems weird to me though that he would say he needs to drop at least 25lb to get in contest condition but you would only need 37lb. Maybe for his weight he was taking into account water weight and whatnot since obviously you with 37lb less fat would be ripped but generally that would mean like 50lb of weight ya know?
Anyway these videos are cool, they’re the only ones I’ve been watching so far. I’m sure I won’t be doing any long 10lb kettlebell workouts in the near future (as I imagine you won’t after leaving CO) but nevertheless I like hearing what a guy like CT has to say.
Sent you a PM by the way

I have OCD when it comes to super hero shirts. I have tons of them. I hate you guys won’t see the Punisher one because that one was discontinued (I have the last few sold before the Marvel site quit production on the moisture wicking marvel shirts).
I think Superman is tomorrow.

Not that it matters but all the old timer posters on here were using MAG-10 which is one of the more potent prohormones to ever hit the market. Up to you to decide if you think that is natural status or not.
Dude, my dick hurts.

Yes they would. How is that relevant to what I was saying? All I said is we don’t know if he is natural or not. Using indigo doesn’t suddenly make someone natural lol. Not that it matters much.

I did those straight bar pulldowns to the middle and both sides today along with some of the rope work they were doing on the back day, awesome stuff. I liked it.
Just wanted to say though I don’t post outside of GAL due to lack of knowledge and experience, I do read a lot outside it. Kudos to you for putting yourself out there on camera knowing the training would be far outside your comfort zone. It takes balls to put your face out there weaknesses and all when you know people will be sharpening their knives for you. The videos are great and you are putting in a Trojan effort. Great work.
