Really? All this time I thought the internet was for gathering and sharing information when really it was just designed for “shit talking” as you so eloquently put it.

I guess I’ve been doing it wrong.
who cares if people think that you got to your size by using light weights… who cares if you DID get to your size by using light weights?

If you’re in it for BB reasons then its size, shape and symmetry that matter… not how much weight you lift right?
Yah you are exactly right. Which is why watching X in these videos is pretty eye opening.

This is someone who has been lifting for 20 years and believes he is hot shit yet has a very imbalanced physique, I don’t get what all the hype is about at this point.

For him to claim he has a bigger/more developed back than Ronnie Rockel and than CT say at the end of their back training video that Prof X’s back should be much bigger and wider was hilarious to me. Yet for some reason he takes so much pride in not taking pictures of his physique to asses these weak points. Medial and rear delt are completely overshadowed by his front delt, no triceps and no lats…after 20 years of training. Take pictures of your physique, kids.

No understanding of following coaching cues, how to position your torso to target a specific muscle and apparently no awareness of performing an exercise without momentum as the prime mover or holding a peak contraction etc etc. I feel like all of this stuff should be extremely obvious to such an experienced trainee.

I learned a lot from the videos and they were a good watch but I hope X watches these and becomes a little more humble on these forums because he’s not nearly as far along in this as he thinks he is.

Yah, I’m a dick. Sue me.
Interesting how he just avoids responding to you. I think it would be intriguing to hear him address the points that you bring up.

Maybe a little competitive fire between X and Way? Nothing does a better job of bringing out the best in people.

Competitive fire can outburn the ignore function!

I must have missed the whole ronnie rockle thing, in fact, I have no Idea who Rockel is, lol.

but knowing X I can assume he (Rockel) is a WHITE competitive bodybuilder.

Ha I feel like it’s 1990 on there on AOL Instant Messenger, blocking each other…

They should just have a body building pose off, set it a couple months down the road. Each can set up individual training logs.

That alone would draw a ton of attention, then you could web cast the training sessions and the competition. Tell me that wouldn’t get a ton of publicity.

haha, just googled Rockel, i was right.

not making a big deal that I had no idea who he was, I am sure Way and X have no Idea who Reese Hoffa, Adam Nelson, Christian Cantrell, Werner Gunthor, Mark Hustor, Marcin Dolega, and Piserenko are either.

Since your name is Heavythrower I’m guessing these people are throwing heavy shit.

If one person blocks another can they still see that persons posts when quoted by someone else?

cantrell, hoffa, nelson, gunthor are elite level shot put athletes, the others are world class olympic lifters, some are gold medalist.

Seems sorta useless to put someone on ignore then. Like putting your fingers in your ears and go “la la la la la la la”, but then later someone else tells you what the guy said anyway

Well he put me on ignore first because he can’t handle criticism. Then all the Prof X fanboys get upset when I have something besides WOW YOU ARE SO HUGE PRO BBER NEXT YEAR HOLY SHIT! To say to him. So just to get rid of the issue all together I returned the ignore favor.

I cant recall a time Way completely belittled someone and made them feel like a retard for asking a question. He’s pretty open about stuff, will help you if he thinks you’re being serious and need it, and contributes well.

I dont get why people have so much to prove sometimes.

Fair enough. Not sure why he had to ignore you in the first place. He could just choose not to respond to you or read your posts.

Yeah Way has been a pretty nice guy even through all his bodybuilding success. He definitely approaches others questions and comment in a nicer manner than X.

You were a bit of a dick in this thread though Way…
