I’m looking for everyone’s insight as I’m pretty conflicted. In the past I’ve taken Turnibol, ostarine, RAD140 and MK677, in that order and not all at the same time. I haven’t taken anything since the end of 2019 and was thinking about getting back on a some Turnibol just to get alittle bit of an upper edge on my lifts, I’m 29 years old for reference.
Where I’m mainly conflicted is I just had my test checked and my total test is sitting at about 790ng/dl and I know this is a good level to be at but I’m only 155lbs and 5’10. I’m lean and have a good frame but i want more. Is Turnibol worth it again or are you guys going to suggest TRT doses of test? The reason I’m fixated on Turnibol is it’s nothing to crazy, will give me a good little edge on lifts and I’m already familiar with the compound.
Appreciate the feed back guys, ill try to figure the diet out first, I eat relatively good but definitely not in the 4000+ cal range, how do you guys manage force feeding?
Don’t eat when you are hungry!
Eat by the clock. You could start by eating every 3 hours.
Don’t over eat any one meal, for you will feel too stuffed to eat the next meal.
You should never feel hungry.
