Your blood lipids lead me to wonder if this may be a nutrition issue, as your test is within range. What is your bodyfat at that height and weight? I’m about 2-3 inches taller than your height, lower in bodyweight at present, and when I’m hanging around that bodyweight I tend to be quite large.

AROUND 20% Body Fat

Have you given consideration to addressing this first and seeing if symptoms improve? I find TRT tends to work best as a medical intervention when all other factors affecting testosterone are addressed. Exercise (high AND low intensity), nutrition, sleep, stress management, sunlight exposures, etc.

Yes sir My Diet is very Clean with almost same everyday with adequate amount of good fats carbs and protien consistent clean eating since years… with High Intensity Training with 2 days off…last time i checked my test it was 480 …3 months ago i sleep minimum 8 hours and no stress…

I wonder now if i should Do TRT or a bit long cycle…

Could you be more precise? This isn’t the recipe for being 20% bodyfat for most folks.

When do you do low intensity exercise?

200 Gram Carbs
120 Gram Protien Meat Source
50 gram Fats come from Peanuts

I tend to Store Fat Mostly in Lower Chest Waist and abdomen

Low Intensity when Doing Steady State Cardio

This is not adequate information to assess for TRT needs. TT, FT, E2 sensitive, SHBG, FSH, LH… ?

This is like pure omega 6s with lots of potential for mold and aflatoxins. It seems you are getting minimal mono and saturated fats.

What do you eat for carbs?

Is there a reason you keep protein so low?

What do you do for LISS? How often?

I think i need to change the fat source then…
I love tastes of peanuts hence i eat them…

I eat 1 kg of sweet potato almost everyday for carbs

I tend to have digestive issues when i eat a lot of protien

Jog in Local Park for 1 Hour Once in 2 weeks

If this is your T level with no medication, you’re not hypogonadal. Hence no need for TRT.

Can i do a long duration cycle of 6 months?

TT IS 450
FSH 3.5
LH 4.2

Prolactin 6

I would definitely get more low intensity general activity. 20-30 minutes 3 times a week would be excellent. Easy way to do this is a 10 minute walk after meals.

Ok Sir …I will Note That…
What is the best Fat Source?

I can stick with 1 or 2 fat source i dont really mind

Also should i opt for a longer duration only test cycle and not TRT

That’s up to you. I’ll never recommend steroids to anyone, with the primary reason being they will cause hypogonadism, and in which case TRT will actually be needed.

I would reduce bodyfat before entertaining the idea of steroids.

I like Omega 3s from animal sources. Same for saturated fats.

Okay sir :flexed_biceps:t5:

I would introduce them into my diet soon and and as other said here my test levels are good … so i think i need to tweak the food consumption

This and increased general activity will go far.
