I’m still doing a 5x5 routine, but it’s the linear version, fancy word for conservative weekly increases, unlike the periodization version which had like 5-10lb increases a week.

That’s some legitimate progress. Good job, keep up the good work. You’re obviously doing something right.

I have a quick question about weighted dips. Sometimes after a set of this particular exercise I feel a bit of pressure on the clavicle as if someone is pushing on it. Usually lasts for 2-3 seconds, then goes away. I fractured my collarbone when I was about 10 (I’m 19). Think there is any connection?
