Eating has been phenomenal. I have been eating consistently. I strayed from the Deep Water path a little bit but just for today. Someone randomly gave me some candy. She always says hi to me and I only spoke to her like maybe once throughout the semester. That was very nice of her maybe I should talk to her more.
Oh yeah, for week 2 I also did 3 sessions of conditioning. I used the stair master for 20 minutes. I forgot to log it
Gummy bears are a solid post workout carb up. Great work this week dude.

Lol, dude I ate bacon,eggs, and cream cheese 4 days in a row for breakfast and Iām not tired of it at all. Iāll probably keep making that until I run out of eggs.
Not gonna lie, eating a plate full of canned salmon is a bit tortuous but I still do it anyway.
Check out the cartons of liquid egg whites sometime too. They tend to be cheap and an easy way to get in protein. Cook them up like scrambled eggs.
I like canned salmon myself. Mixing it with pickles may help.
Chop up some kimchee and mix it in itās really good and give it a bit of a spicy kick
Also good for digestion

I think it turned out alright for a first try. It just needed a little bit of salt. I think I went a bit too crazy on the italian seasoning. (Lmfao donāt roast me on the presentation)
The chicken breast was also tender which was very nice.
Itās way too early to be thinking like this but Iām super eager to run super squats. Lol according to the plan that wonāt be until February or so.
Awesome man, that program is on my list as well. I own the book but havenāt read it yet. I just canāt fathom taking my 10 rep max and, first day, hitting it for 20.
Apparently the squats are supposed to be something called āBreathing Squatsā, idk what that is but Iām guessing it makes regular squats harder.
Read the book several times between now and Feb to resolve that. Donāt fall into that clean pull situation
