Titan Tim Tackling his Twenties

In that regard, all I have been saying is what I would do; not what anyone else should do.

It’s worth considering I am am introvert and a misanthrope, haha

Last three meals yesterday was a crap load of chili. It’s all gone now.

Breakfast today is the same as it was yesterday. Except instead of protein slop, I’m drinking a protein shake.

Meal 3 of today. Nothing too exciting. The almond butter tasted good. No I did not put it on the tuna, I just ate some out of the jar.

Btw @Chris_Colucci everything bagel seasoning is great man.

Don’t knock it man. One of my favorite tricks is peanut butter on burgers and eggs. Or sunflower butter if I’m being real honest.

Peanut butter on eggs doesn’t sound too bad. Peanut butter would probably overpower the eggs. Dude, cream cheese on eggs is really good. It’s he best when you’re chewing and then you insert a crispy piece of bacon into your mouth.

I’m a sour cream man myself. Which reminds me that I bought some grassfed sour cream and TOTALLY forgot to put it on my breakfast this morning. Next time.

All the sour cream I have is definitely going on my ground beef and ground turkey.
Also idk why I never combined some of the meats I have. I really should do that. Steak with chicken, burgers with chicken, ground beef with chicken, etc.

Jon is very big on combining proteins. It allows you to get a full amino acid profile.

Years and years (and years) ago, I saw the dude Xen Nova on here recommend peanut butter on hard-boiled eggs. I’ve tried it a few times. Kinda dry and thirst-making, but surprisingly tasty.

As for peanut butter on burgers, you know who else likes that? Anthony. It’s good that way. Real good.

I’m afraid you lost me with the Anthony reference. I learned about Peanut Butter on eggs from Harry Selkow over at Elitefts. Did it this morning with my sunbutter breakfast burrito. Too damn good to quit, haha.

Twilight Zone movie. No worries.

Me talking to the jar of almond butter since my class starts soon.

I’ll post the last two Deep Water Sessions of Week 2 soon. I’ve been running around everywhere.
So tired of this annoying semester, I just want to eat in peace without feeling rushed.

135 lbs x 10

Definitely much better than last time! It would’ve been cool to do 10x10 with 305 but I definitely just felt I had to lower the weight. Getting all the reps feels more accomplishing to me. With that being said, I tried my best! I’m gonna stick with 300 lbs. I should be able to handle it next time.
