I’m just gonna redo week 2 of Deep Water starting on Monday. I’ll probably stop by this little corner store to pick up sour cream and other fats. I have an accounting midterm due tomorrow (that I never got time to study for). I’m also just beaten up from the whole week, I need to relax this weekend.

Peanut and almond butter are stupid easy fat sources. Avocados are great too

Clean Pulls I’m assuming clean pulls are hang cleans but I muscle up power cleans and the form isn’t exactly optimal. I just do power cleans instead.

I totally understand this.
There was a while where I REALLY REALLY craved dairy.

Was having large tubs of yogurt or cottage cheese on a daily basis. Probably spent $10/week on lactose pills (quarintine- living with my parents)
