No chance youād be able to get a barbell and some weights? The first set I purchased was on Amazon⦠a standard barbell and 255lbs of weight for something like $350⦠I can try and find it for you if itās something youād want to do. Not sure about availability though due to the the pandemicā¦

Hey man, have you ever thought about working up to doing pistol squats? You could start with skater squats until you learn to balance and then work your way up to full pistols. Your split squat is strong enough that you can start working on them. For hamstrings you can do some sprints or nordic hamstring curls if you have something to jam your feet under.
Another option for legs is you can do sled work. I can show you how I made my tire sled (got directions from this site I think). It can really kick your ass and youāll pretty much be doing cardio and strength at the same time.
I was just about to suggest this. Iāve never had quads burn like pulling heavy cages backwards up hills, itās a whole different ballpark. Thereās something extra manly and confidence building about making your own stuff as well.
I love the look some of the softies in my subdivision give me when Iām pulling the sled on a 90+ degree day. But yes, it does absolutely make your balls grow. Even if you donāt physically have them.

Prices definitely arenāt terrible given supply chain issues. Bar is likely shit, so if you can, I would go for a Rogue Ohio Power Bar, but the cheap one would work in an absolute pinch

Looks like Amazon is basically on backorder until aug-sept on most stuff. If shipping werenāt a nightmare Iād gladly give you a spare bar i have, just donāt know how Iād be able to do that. Then youād just have to find some plates.
