I’m doing a good job maintaining. I weigh 200 lbs while eating 2500 calories.

I ended my cut eating 2000 calories and I weighed 202-204 something like that.

Plan is to maintain for like 20 weeks and cut in January after all of the holidays.

This is a way to put that Jim Wendler quote to the test about how you can only serve one master. I’d really love to see if that quote is true….seems like it because I’m still fucking skinny fat.

Despite being 6’, I’m not supposed to be 200 lbs. I’ve always been a small framed dude, I should weigh less than that and be leaner. It would truly reflect the amount of muscle I truly have.

Back to School?

I got an email from the university I was supposed to do my Masters in Accounting at on how I didn’t enroll in any classes.

Sorry, but it just doesn’t make financial sense. Even after handsomely increasing my salary, still a a no.

I think I’ll check out Western Governors University (Degree Mill) and see how cheap an online bachelors in Accounting can be with transfer credits from my bachelors.

Otherwise it can go in my trash can of higher education ideas…..

  • Masters Accounting (too expensive and cheaper options)

  • Mechanical Engineering (I have no ideas for this other than HVAC/Plumbing design and project managers make more than these nerds, so imagine the time and money spent to get this….and to start from the bottom)

  • MBA (pointless and expensive)

Well, I paid 8 bucks to have my college transcript sent. Let’s uhh see how much credits can be transferred to reduce the cost. I took quite an extensive amount of business classes in my undergrad.

This long weekend will be fun. I’ll be playing golf with a friend for the very first time tomorrow and movie + cookout with other friend on Saturday/Sunday.

Friday, combine my squat and deadlift day, but skip deadlifts maybe throw in some RDLs

I can definitely get behind skipping deadlifts lol.

Improvise, Adapt, Overcome…..which is French for I want to watch Alien Earth and do nothing this evening.

I’m glad to be 23 years old and will continue to cherish my time and do what needs to be done to make my life an ā€œepicā€ to be told on my death bed. (Hmmm perhaps that’s a bit too poetic for an ugly ass non-milestone number such as 23… :rofl:.)

Much appreciated Quad Queen! I had a great week overall. I definitely wasn’t expecting to go to the Maryland State Fair this weekend, but I was invited by one of my buddies.

I wish I ate more food, but the comically sized smoked turkey leg I had filled me up quite well……also I suppose I was trying to be rather tame.
