I made some legs of lamb in the crockpot last night.

I have some chicken thawed out to make buffalo wings with my air fryer.

I’d like to make ā€œcooking delicious meals that will help me stay and get lean/build muscleā€ an afterthought or a normal…like brushing your teeth.

This is so I can stop thinking about getting lean and it’ll just ā€œmagicallyā€ happen while I enjoy eating my meals.

I’ll say, never stop thinking about getting lean: thinking about it is key. We ARE what we think about. When I’m in a leaning out phase, I THINK lean. When I’m in a gaining phase, I THINK ā€œbigā€. But you’re spot on in making the steps of it ā€œflowā€. This is a notion of ā€œwu weiā€ from Taoism. ā€œEffortless effortā€.

So far,

217 lbs —-> 198 lbs

I would like to be in the 180s within the next 6 weeks or so. I’m seeing positive changes in the mirror and I would like to see more of that…so I can fantasize about what I would look like after the next time I do this.

I’m making slow-cooker shredded chipotle chicken today and will probably make slow cooker barbacoa beef tonight while I sleep.

That leg of lamb I made last week tasted like ass and I will not be doing that again. Trial and error lol.
