I made some legs of lamb in the crockpot last night.
It tastes amazing and itās so tender.
Iām challenging myself to make something new every week.
I have some chicken thawed out to make buffalo wings with my air fryer.

Iāll say, never stop thinking about getting lean: thinking about it is key. We ARE what we think about. When Iām in a leaning out phase, I THINK lean. When Iām in a gaining phase, I THINK ābigā. But youāre spot on in making the steps of it āflowā. This is a notion of āwu weiā from Taoism. āEffortless effortā.

So far,
217 lbs ā-> 198 lbs
I would like to be in the 180s within the next 6 weeks or so. Iām seeing positive changes in the mirror and I would like to see more of thatā¦so I can fantasize about what I would look like after the next time I do this.

Iām making slow-cooker shredded chipotle chicken today and will probably make slow cooker barbacoa beef tonight while I sleep.
That leg of lamb I made last week tasted like ass and I will not be doing that again. Trial and error lol.
