Upscale, thanks for the kind words! I’d love to hear more about your training.

Joe, I googled eco ball and that does sound helpful.

eco ball is what I use at home and I do recommend it. got it through REI

Sitting in the ski lodge after a powder ski day (in a small blizzard). When I get home tonight, I haz pictures of breakfast buffet and perhaps of the outdoor pool/bikini-in-a-snowbank if they turn out.

This hot cider is delicious…

Very nice Kimba!

I’m jealous of your mini vacation. But, I’m looking forward to those pics!

Sounds like you are having a blast.

sounds like you were in Colorado this week, fun times!

mmmm cider.

Just bought some this week - planning to treat myself to some hot cider and brandy this weekend. I’ll be thinking of you in a bikini when I do

The outdoor pool.

Brrr.

First plate from the breakfast buffet (after the banana bread which didn’t make it back tot he table), veggie and cheese omelette with two kinds of sausage.

Second plate from the breakfast buffet (belgian waffle with real maple syrup and a side of cinnamon bun).

There was also delicious smoked salmon prior to this, and a big fruit salad cup after it.

Mmmmm.

Monday’s training in the pretty-darn-decent hotel gym.

Goblet squats
40 lb. DB 3 x 10

supersetted with

DB Bench
30s 3 x 10

1 armed low cable row on Swiss ball
50 3 x 12
60 1 x 12

Quad rehab cable work

Pull-throughs
80 2 x 10

supersetted with

Shallow incline DB Flye-Press
20s 3 x 12

Farmer’s Walk with DBs
40s 1 x 60 ft. This was hard!

Plank
1 min 30 sec. 1 x 1

Then off for a 1 hour or so XC ski-skate with a fair bit of climbing.

Yesterday’s training was a couple of hours of downhill skiing in lots of powder for max. quad burn. This was my first outing for the season, so lots of muscles are sore today. My tweaked knee isn’t any worse, but it isn’t any better either so a bit of rest will do everything some good.

Delicious… and the food looks good too

You sure can pack away some food! Must’ve really helped with that awesome training.
Farmer walks with 40s… holy crap.

So it is true? The boots do make the outfit…

Kimba, both svelte & sexy. I like.

Great training, enjoy the great food and the hottub.

location looks beautiful, your bikini is tres cute and you look smashing in it

You ate all that food and then hit the gym?! I would have curled uo in a ball and slept for 2 hours and then maybe head out for some snow fun.

Boots Bikini Breakfast Buffet FTW

congrats on the deadlift PR nice work. woo!!!

and good volume this week

Nikki, I can indeed pack away the food on occasion. In this case, three solid days of eating lots of stuff I don’t usually eat netted me…no extra lbs. I can’t really explain this.

print, the boots really don’t make that outfit but I just couldn’t face walking barefoot through the ice and cold. I am hoping that my next bikini shoot will take place in warmth and sunshine.

Joe, I did enjoy everything. Alas, it is back to the old grind.

Frenchy, it was gym first. Then all that food. Then ski. Then pool. There may have been other activities interpersed between those but sleeping wasn’t one of them.

kmc, thanks for stopping by with such kind words!

Today is probably another rest day. I really want my knee to heal up that last 10%, otherwise I’d be jonesing for a run today. That, however, wouldn’t be smart.
