Tiny Freak

Kimba, your entire ass = just one of my large english cheeks. Damn it.

Well played, Tiny Freak. Seriously you look like a model. Ridiculous. You almost make me want to go on a diet and train only for vanity reasons. Shoot.

As far as progression on the L hang, hold your legs in a less disadvantaged leverage position–ie bend them. knees to your chest will be the easiest position to hold, gradually try to open your tuck up so your hip to knee angle is parallel to the floor.

Progression on the straddle sit–you had the right idea–raise your butt–just raise it more–try straddling a bench, work on getting your ass up. Once you can do that, then work on lifting your legs.

I saw this video at elitefts today. And now I understand why the straddle L hold works the ass.

Very nice “Things I can train with this foot” workout!

And you look amazing in those jeans. I second deja with the ad comment.
Levi’s will be calling you in 5…4…3…

deja, like the chick in your avi perhaps? I was channeling her.

print, I’ll be holding you to that.

sits down, really close to bear.

Maschy, you know a little something-something about perky asses. Yup, in your mirror bay-bee!

git, you think entirely too much.

Cal, bring those large English cheeks right over here…smack!

Nadia, I am skilled in the art of misdirection. Bench straddles and curled up hangs it is. My husband can do an L hang without a problem. I’ve got a major weakness going on, clearly.

Nikki, thanks darlin’! But you are the far more likely candidate for a model gig.

lemme spot you!

Nope, can’t say that…too childish. What about…hmm, makes me sound too creeper. I could say…yikes! that’s a little much.

How about…
You represent those particular jeans with the utmost style, femininity and the very highest quality assness. (I can’t help it. I had to comment on the ass)[/quote]

The word you are looking for is bitable. Just thought I’d help a brother out.

Bitable…hmmm.
Stop it. I’m trying to get some work done. Now I’m totally distracted.

what everyone else said!!

Joe, I like the way you think.

Poor git, so easily distracted by booty.

Betty, thanks! I expect a jeans pic in your log very soon.

Good news is that today is the first day of normal-foot. One more normal-foot day and its back to running for me! Also, I’m crossing my fingers that by my next deadlift day I will be able to put my foot in sumo position once again. Being very careful to never, ever again move my foot once the weight is up.

^I wish you luck.

Glad to hear you’re having a normal foot day. Seems so long ago since I’ve had one.

Be very careful running on an injured foot. It can change your stride and cause other problems. Stop if it hurts at all.

glad to hear your foot is doing better!! I just got a change to watch your chins video…very impressive!! Same with the deads…and uh, your shape in those jeans are the reason jeans were made

Awesome that your foot is normal today. I might ice it after your first run and or DL session as a preventative measure.

Have I learned that print has abnormal feet?

Snapper, I will stop if anything hurts. I didn’t sit on my ass for almost two weeks to get this to heal for nothing.

coyotegal, thanks so much for your kind words this AM. You are a sweetie!

Nadia, I had taken out the frozen Poland Springs bottle from the freezer, but after reading your message I put it in again. Preventative is good.

Today is a blizzard day. My gym is apparently open, so maybe later when the snow isn’t falling sideways I can get my Wednesday training in. I could do stuff at home, but for some reason I’m not feeling that today.

Yesterday’s training was 8 chinups @ a BW of 110.5 lbs. I would have expected at least one more over my last effort (all that clothing brought me up a pound and a half). But no.

Nadia that vid def shows of your gymnast training! of course I had to try. No way in hell my legs were going to stretch to my head (I tried), so next only lifted my bum of the air with my hands and tried to keep it. I managed for a few seconds; my heels were still on the floor. Just goes to show there are so many different kinds of strengths.

Speaking of strengths Kimba - thanks for indulging in the jean picture and Damn you look good. Never seen a pair of jeans worn so perfectly: ass and legs and waist. You could totally be the spokesmodel.

And glad to hear your heal is better - be smart about it!

HA! No. just small. Though at times, seems like I have 2 lefts.

8 is nothing to sneeze about. You’re going to be at 10 by months end. I have a good feeling about this.

As for the clothing holding you back? I think you know what my response to that is, so I’ll just give you one of these…wink wink

All jokes aside I do chins at home with as little clothing as possible mostly because I don’t like being restricted in anyway while lifting. A pair of shorts is all you need.

Get in and get your stuff done. I have to run today so I will suffer in solidarity.

Kimba, 8 chinups is nothing to be disappointed in! Make me a bet how many adult women can do even one. Now, grab a 3 lbs dumbbell and do 1 RM at 113.5. ;D

you’re 2/3 of me.

fucking tiny ass freakish pullup lady.

but seriously. YOU’RE 2/3 OF MY BW! weirds me out a lil every time you post it and i hafta remind myself how big your weights really are in comparison.

ok. i’m done naow.

nice ass.

Yay, I’m glad the foot is feeling better!
Yes, preventative foot care. Don’t hurt it again, even though that doesn’t stop you from getting your workouts in.

Like everyone else said, 8 chin-ups is awesome!
And of course the weight of the clothes count, so I’ll go with Print on this one and give ya a wink wink
