L sits on your fingertips is great fun - yep do it up. I am only able to hold it for like 10-15seconds, tough on the fingers for sure!
Ask and you shall receive. Straddle L holds are hard, I can’t hold them very long, and I’ve been working on them for awhile. BUt, time working on them is time well spent–especially for your hips and hip flexors. This is a better exercise than the good girl bad girl machine you spend so much time on. I promise.
Nadia, I don’t think that move is challenging enough. Here’s my workout when the good girl/bad girl machine breaks. Just try this, its hard but time well spent.

For someone who was supposed to be taking it easy, that is a butt-load of work. Made me tired & sweaty just reading it.

That is, until I just tried it. OK, that first little stretch move? I fell over. Then I righted myself and put down my hands and tried to push up.
Nothing. Nada. Not a millimeter did I get.
Then, being a problem solver I sat on a big fat appendix, put my hands on it and wiggled my butt off the edge. One second, then PLOP. On the ground. And that was with my heels still resting on the ground.
Seriously weak. WEAK I tell you. Its like my hips/hip flexors are wet ramen noodles…there is nothing there.
I think I’m gonna need a progression to work up to what you did in the video. Remedial L sit, as it were. Would L hangs be a good precusor to this advanced exercise? Cause I just tried that and if I got my legs to 5 o’clock that would be a generous accounting. I guess it wouldn’t surprise anyone to note that the only thing that was sore after my first few runs was…my hip flexors.
Maschy, I highly recommend the chinup ladder. It hurts so good, mama! I know you told me what the Brazilian butt workout was, but I forgot. And I so want to remember!

managed to get my ass off the ground after my elbows and shoulders snapped and popped, and when i tried to lift my heels i found out that was too ambitious.

Can’t do 'em either. At my gymnastics class, my lovely Mexican teacher Amelia has us do a forward roll into straddle with the aim of keeping feet off the floor at the end of the movement (kind of like Nadia starts, before she goes into the hold), then rocking foward to lift bum off the floor. Me? Hardest time ever. Don’t know if it’s short arms or a big arse or a combo of the two but if I can’t even do that, I sure as fuck can’t do straddle L holds.
I utterly fail at straddle L holds (but I’ll get you my pretty…) so I’ll change the subject with the requested Hudson jeans picture.
If these jeans fit tightly, kimba eats cleaner and trains harder. Not much room for denial on any weight gain when your jeans have no room for error. I actually just bought another pair of these in a darker wash which fit slightly smaller allover. Even less room for error with those.
