Time to Get Naked

I have exactly 2 weeks until I have to walk around naked on a boat full of buxom milfs.

Right now my program is based on the WS4SB3 template…
Mon - Upper + sprints
Tues - Lower + Heavy Bag punchout Drills
Wed - Hill Running
Thurs - Upper + Sprints
Fri - LSD Running
Sat - VANITY DAY!! woo!
Sun - Off

The training is going great and while i’m in decent shape, I still have a spare tire around my waist. I was wondering if there’s anything I could do Supplement(XPEL, Thermogenics, Diuretic?sp?)/Diet (Carb cycling, No Carbs, Only Vegetables?) /Training (More running? Less Weights?) or otherwise that would speed up or help out in my search for my ideal bodus?

I’m trying carb cycling right now with ~100 or so carbs a day with 1.5 grams of protein per lb. Is this bad? I heard this would cause my body to use muscle for fuel?

Open to any suggestions…please HELP!

Have you read CT’s carb cycling? Your body will always use a bit of muscle for fuel, don’t over analyse - you’ll get yourself stressed and increased cortisol won’t help you loose belly fat!!

My advice is simple, cut out all carbs apart from PWO. Sure it won’t be fun but the boat trip will be the reward. Besides it’s only for 2 weeks.

Well, for one, how is it that no one has asked for an explanation for why you’re going to be walking around a boat-full of naked MILFS. Did you win a golden ticket…?

Otherwise, try going on a crazy crash diet. Eat a lot less, do betwee 20-30 minutes of insanely intense cardio without stopping. For instance, get on an elliptical, set it to a level that will you make you essetially sludge through, and do that for the length of time. Worked for me!

The stomach is a common place for males to store fat, as you may know it is closely linked to cortisol levels. If this is your problem area I would

  1. Raise Protein to 2.0g/lb bw

  2. Cycle carbs between 1.0& .75 grams per lb of LEAN body weight

  3. Increast Vit C to 3 grams 2 x daily (this has an amazing cortisol lowering effect)

  4. You may try locally applying liccorice root cream as it is a cortisol antagonist and through negative feedback will actually INHIBIT cortisol output.

  5. Stick to cruciferous vertables!

  6. NO steady state cardio (see my other posts for an in depth explination) instead do Interval or gpp on training days 6-8 hours after AM session if possible to allow for more full days of recovery.

  7. Make sure your sleep is good (sleep is the regulator of all hormones and I can’t overstate it’s importance)

  8. Increase fish oils!
    Those are a couple of pointers 2 weeks isn’t a whole lot of time but this should help out.

  9. Finally to manipulate H20 remember that aldosterone levels function according to 72 hour loops so INCREASE your H20 consumption and 3 days prior you can gradually cut it back if you need to.

Do tell how your came about this situation.

Seriously, I like the "extreme"ness thing for short periods.

But true, substantial fat loss isn’t something I’d gamble the ranch on in only two weeks’ time though.

If you have two weeks you probably should have started 4 weeks ago.

2 weeks of extreme dieting and super high intensity wrokouts will help you shed the fat at the cost of stamina, which is probably something I would be more concerned about when dealing with a bunch of horny MILFs.

Yup. Why did you wait until you only had 2 weeks to start inquiring about fat loss? Had you planned things out right, you should have started 2-3 months before this trip.

Like analog said, a crash diet might help you lose some fat (most of the weight loss will probably be water though), but it’ll also probably leave you drained of energy.

Good luck though and either way, you’ll be surrounded by naked MILF’s, so it’s all good.
