Time to Get Lean and Fast

Earlier this year I “bulked up” to 165 on my small frame then proceeded to lose about 10 lbs with tonsil surgery  …back to lifting again and getting back in shape!

That said, before I begin track season though I’d like to cut up a bit and shed about 5 lbs of fat… this is my senior year and its time to perform. It’s been my experience that when you lower your body fat % even just a few digits that it results in huge gains athletically.

I considered the V-Diet but that’s not really designed for someone in my situation.

Is the Rapid Fat Loss diet the way to go?
Has anyone tried RFL with Metabolic Drive/leucine? So a bit of a modified V-Diet?
How long must you take yohimbe to see results? Is it worth using on a crash diet? I think HOT-ROX might be a waste of money in this instance but you can get yohimbe alone for cheap.

How long would you recommend I follow my diet plan? If I choose RFL I’m thinking like two weeks… then start training seriously again and follow a clean diet/supplement regimen.

Input appreciated! Time to get lean and fast!

In my experience bf% has very little to do with athletic performance.

You say small frame but I’d prefer to know how tall you are.

I think I have a small frame (judging by my wrists and ankles; they’re tiny) but I’m 260lbs at 6 feet.

Are you on a team? If you don’t really need to get lean and fast then I say don’t worry about your post-holidays bloat and just keep working hard and your body fat % may go down anyway if you gain more muscle than fat for the next while. That’s what I’d tell myself if I could tell myself what to do at your age.

Oh wait, just saw you said track season’s coming up. I really have no advice for that.

I just wanted fat loss advice  … idk why the thread title changed?

im 5’7’’ when i started lifting i was about 125 lol
i run track - not bodybuilding
but thats not as relevent…

I think I’m gonna follow a combo of RFL and Get Shredded Fast… whole foods, no powders outside of maybe Surge Recovery pre-workout
