Hey guys i just finished up with my 4th week of Chad Waterbury’s TBT training and im contemplating the idea that im getting overtrained. the symptoms that i have include: Increased Resting heart rate, trouble sleeping (waking up too early and not being able to fall asleep), feeling tired worn out during my workouts…
I work anywhere for 50-60 hours a week and try to get as much sleep as possible which is at least 6 hours a night a couple nights a week…
Since im in the middle of this type of program would it hurt for me to take maybe a week off and start week five back again? also note that i rushed into this program from a body spli routine and havent had a week off in at least 8 or so weeks…
What are yall opinions to this? Chad Waterbury what do you suggest?
