No, because I like to argue and choose not to. They say it and move on with life. I stew in it for a day or three.

I understand it is a function of my ego and immaturity.

I have a problem allowing someone to say something to me in a public fashion when I was minding my own business and have nothing to say back. it bothers me.

I wouldn’t say thats the case here at all, its the other way around, its show the ego, immaturity, insecurity and cowardice on the part of the trolls, cause you know…if they were stood in front of you theyd not say a word.

The best way to respond to such individuals is to keep doing what your doing…which is smashing it!!

what did you do for cardio? I really want to try the leg press 370 for 33. Just need for it to fit in. I want to do it after V-Squats so that it’s similar to what you did.
