Canāt you just stop worrying about recording and telling us your macros etc? We all appreciate the effort youāve put in, but if putting less effort into your logging means you continue to do it⦠then thats what we want you to do.

At first, I used it as motivation, I wanted to prove them wrong.
Iāve come to the point where I donāt feel I have anything to prove. So continuing to give someone something to publically critique feels foolish.
There are people here who have a superpower. They do not care what you say to them or about them. I am not that way. I get irritated and want to argue, and stand up for myself.
Of all the places I keep a log this is my favorite. Itās one long page, not a new page every certain amount of posts. It also has robust search tools.
The point for me is to easily see what I ate, how the weight moved, bodyweight, hours slept and so on. and compare it to other periods in time.
If I donāt include things it defeats the purpose.
I stopped putting my body weight after a conversation about how it wasnāt possible for me to be 15 lbs heavier one day later.
