Not in my case. I eat like that, I blimp out. Some guys must be genetic freaks, they can eat anything and look good.

I worked with a guy like that. Lunch box was nothing but candy. When we went out to eat, chicken fingers and fries, no matter where we were.

Dude looked like he was a short cut away from winning a local BB show and he hardly even worked out.

So jelous of those guys.

I know not to doubt anything from you, since you accomplish incredible things, but these numbers just fascinate me. I wouldn’t even know how to achieve them, even using just protein powder.
