For JP FB on 3x/wk recovery, does he differentiate between enhanced and natty lifters for recovery recommendations? CNS wearout goes about the same pace between enhanced/natty lifters, but hormone suppression only affects one of them⦠makes sense that enhanced could manage more volume; just curious if he recommends differently depending on status.
yes and enhanced should train as little as possible to stimulate and spend most of the time recovering. less volume, not more. more intensity one really hard set to failure.

Two things to look for.
Is there a gap in between the painted picture and the plates? A gap that size, Iām parallel.
