Best $75 I’ve spent.

There is no good way to get them in position without expending a lot of energy or risking injury.

This is a massive reason I don’t favor DB presses at any inclination. Rapid external rotation trying to hoist heavy DBs into position had done more damage to my shoulders than any flat BB bench press ever has.
