I’ve lost 27 lbs…
Particulars (for 5-7 reps (2) Sets):
Bench 235, Squat 315, Deads 325, Curls 115, and Military 135. Other than curls I only do free-weight heavy compound lifts.
I eat 11-14 X BW (Currently Cutting)
I only workout 3 times a week (45 min per workout), I haven’t done a lick of cardio either.
I take CEE (Creatine 5 gms on liftng day), and Glutamine 5-10 grams after lifting. I buy in bulk ($100 for 6 month supply)
Any comments? Questions?

I quess I did ask for comments… Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t know where one considers the pubic hair to start.
