6 Months of Clean Diet/Hard Training (Natural)


Cleaned my diet up and with the help of natural supplements (whey protein, l glutamine etc) got to this.

I dont notice a difference… youve maybe lost 1lb and actually tensing everything in the first photo…

Your mirror muscles look great. But …

  1. Read the rules. You owe us many more pictures. Learn the mandatory poses then repost.

  2. You legs and butt appear to be tiny. Refer to 1) so we can better judge.

  3. What are your lifts?

Ok will get some more pics sorted! my legs are tiny though have only started squatting!

lifts are

incline dumbell bench
40 kg x 8

dumbell shoulder press
34 kg x 6
32 kg x 8

Those two lifts are the closest i get to the compound moves. As i said i have only started squatting recently so not pushing great amounts!

So standard arms,chest,abs guy. lol. are those lifts for sets?

I train all my muscles equally so not really appreciating the disco muscle comment there. I train these on seperate days
chest
shoulders
legs/bi’s
back/tri’s

the shoulder press and dumbell press i stated for are for 3/4 sets. I will put a back picture up asap!

Yea man, you really need to hit the legs with squats and deadlifts. 70% of your muscle mass is contained there!

Where’s the back and legs pics? What’s your height and weight?

You devote an entire workout to shoulders yet combine back and legs with another bodypart?

If you’re intent on such a split I’d set up something like

chest
off
legs
arms/shoulders

You’re making a generalization about the people posting. None have been hating, they all want proper pics to form a proper rating. If they don’t get them, they start the flaming.
