i would like to know wat i should focus on to improve my body overall
bench 1rpm= 370
squat 1rpm= 450
all my workouts are in pyramids
50% 10 reps
60% 7 reps
70% 5 reps
80% 3 reps
90% 1 rep
then a burn out with my 50%
and i do the P90x ab ripper x work out 2x a week
very nice picture of your cell phone. i’d say to improve, get a iphone.
i got an itouch but im gettin the behold II but do u have any serious tips

One thing that I can tell from the 1 picture is that you have no lats. There is a large, gaping area between your bicep and chest that should be filled with a wing. There isn’t anything there. With traps like that you should have some sort of upper back. WTF?
