Hi coach CT, currently i’m trying to focus more on my lower body. I’m doing the big lifts and some single leg accesoris, do you recommend leg extensions for quad development? i’ve never like leg extensions, also eric cressey and robertson talk pretty bad about them. But i think it’s the only exercise where you can get a pump in the quads without stressing the CNS, 21’s front squats seem nice but they are very taxing.
