I personally use a lot of cheese in my diet. I find it an easy way to pack in a lot of flavor and a lot of calories. I have been trying to eat 5000 a day for the past few months and it can be a daunting task sometimes. Not only does a few ounces of cheese spice up the flavor a lot it adds the much needed caloric density that my food needs. I hae been using a lot of feta lately - superb on a sweet potato!
If you want to impress a girl, try Mt Tam Triple Cream by Cowgirl Creamery. Find some rosemary crackers and a decent bottle of vino - try the Pinot or Shiraz by Artesa. Hoo-rah.
There’s also a cheese by Chimay, makers of my favorite ale…there’s a green label and an orange/red label. Do NOT get the green, but the other one is fantastic.

8oz. blocks of cheese. ~800 calories, tons of protein, and tons of evil saturated fats.
Mostly AD friendly, but each serving as about one grab of carbs.
I put parmesan on just about everything. Love the stuff. Though I love lots of other cheeses, where I’m at (Costa Rica) the cost of a block of cheese makes my head want to explode. Typically over 15$
