And since this thread is “Thoughts on Cheese” I think it’s time for a little Haiku:
“Cheese is very yum
I eat it with spaghetti
It bulks me up fast”
Thank you.
Cheese is the truth, but
I always have to chase it
with Metamucil.

I’m not even sure I can put into words just how much I love cheese.
I go through probably 3-4 cups of shredded cheese each day, as well as probably 5-6 string cheeses.
Diced up chicken breasts, with heaps of shredded cheese and bacon crumbles on top, melted = heaven (and a daily meal of mine)
Seriously, what the hell would we do without cows?
God damn I love pizza.

I once dated a girl that said she hated pizza…

My girlfriend of 2+ years hates pizza and doesn’t eat any red meat. Zero, zilch, nada.
She digs cheese though. Hell, what Wisconsinite doesn’t like cheese?
I deal with her diet cuz’ she’s smoking hot… and young.

Smoking hot usually has that effect.

Indeed… I have a weakness for all things pussy.
Thankfully, it’s low a low fat obsession.

What about pussy cheese?
I know. That was pretty bad.
For the record, I love cheese too.

Cheese is great for cheap calories when gaining mass.
I think there are many better options for cutting though.

I would die without parmigiano-reggiano. A little goes a long way, and makes me oh so happy. Anything topped with parmigiano-reggiano and kalamata olives makes me deliriously happy.
Add a good pinot noir or zinfandel and the results could be dangerous… but happy.
Goat cheese, havarti, munster, gouda, and feta make me happy too.
Girl, you haven’t had Aged Asiago. It’ll wreck yo world!

Hey now. Let’s keep in mind saturated fats are no more evil than any other macronutrient.
I kid, I kid.
But just to be ‘fair’ to the other fats, I make sure to take at least one shot of EVOO for every block I eat.
edit: And I remember reading around here that Pyros Dimas credits his strength to the amount of cheese he eats.
Some cheese…er food for thought.
