I haven’t squatted with my belt in years. And my lower back and abs are much harder than they used to be.
Call me lazy but squatting without a belt does enough for my spinal erectors to where I can justify not doing deadlifts on back day.

i still think deadlifting should be a priority…Whether your back is getting work on squats or not.
