How are your shoulders doing Hel? I see that you continue to increase your squat weight, so they must be all right.

A lot of volume in the new workout. I am sure this will help with the weight loss.

Still can only get 3 fingers on the bar but I’m getting more comfortable. Trying for the volume in the workout and hoping to burn up some fat. Trying to be good with the diet but I back slide every now and then. I feel guilty afterwards, though!

Rained all day yesterday, got home soaking wet and said screw it. Ate something, sat down for a while, said take your ass to the gym. So I went.

After a biceps workout you have to hit at least one pose in the mirror. Its standard practice.

Volume doesn’t seem to bother me, Geech. Weight management is my problem Will. Still eating like crap during the day and gorging at night. Lack of discipline. Need to get everything ready the night before work and pack it all in a cooler for the next day.

My bodyparts that were already good are getting gooder. Basically I need to work the stomach and diet. Here’s an attempt at a back shot taken in my living room. Came out real dark.
Tried something a little different after work yesterday. Each set to failure. Didn’t even count reps.

Like doing every set to failure. Funny thing about the biceps. When they quit, they quit. Other muscle groups I gave get a partial at end but not with them little suckers.

So Hel ‘Chiseled Marble’ 320 said he needs to lose some fat and Eco ‘That’s 5 with two 0s’ said that he couldn’t really squat. Doesn’t anybody around here tell the truth anymore?

On the up side, it doesn’t give me any room for excuses.

As for ‘Chiseled Marble’, if you look close all my little “cracks” showed up as white lines and spots. Reason I’d never consider competitive bodybuilding.
Totally off the subject of weight lifting. Finally finished up my contemplating area today. Soon as I clean it up and weedeat I’ll be all set for some serious comtemplating.
