Hel clearly wrote “Ass Pullup”, not “Ass. Pullup”, and it was leg / lower body day. This is where said body part can be found. Although frankly, I am surprised you did not claim this name for some exercise you have made up.

I don’t make up exercises!
Every movement is thoroughly documented in the online literature to be found in ubiquity.
I do look for ones with lots of adjectives in the name, since - as I told ecogenx - the longer the name of the exercise, the more swole ur gonna git, brah!
Sides, Scott Yard at Elite Fitness Systems already has an Ass Day, so it would be redundant for me to do it.
Gentlemen, it’s really very simple. You sit on a bench, look at the bar over your head, put both hands behind you, grab your ass, and pull up. Great for the rear delts, traps, and saggy butt syndrom. Officially known as the Visualized supported glut delt trap flex seated to vetical hands assisted pull up.
Or, I could just remember to abbreviate correctly. I would also never admit to reading about another man’s ass workout, skid. Scott Yard? Tell me he’s not a detective.

Make sure to swipe the bench with that there vinyl cleaner they use…
Scott Yard’s Profile on EFS:
Scott, a native of Baltimore, MD, is a 2004 graduate of Western Maryland College. He works as an insurance producer in Pennsylvania. After training competitively for six years as a bench specialist, Scott decided to try his hand at full meets. At 23 years-old, in only his second full meet, in September 2006, Scott broke the all-time world record total for the 275 class. His 2605 total consists of a 1050 squat, 840 bench, and a 715 deadlift. Scott??s 840 bench press is the heaviest recorded bench, to date, in a full meet across all weight classes. Scott trains at Club Natural Gym in Hanover, PA and hopes to compete for many years to come.

Don’t throw my name around, skid, helping to defend your made up exercises.
I believe the ass pullup is a two man exercise requiring lotion and a trapeze bar.

Today, getting ready to go to the gym
hel, like everyone I still remeber where I was and exactly what I was doing seven years ago. Thanks for posting that today.
About the knee wraps…for some reason(prob. flexibility issues) when I go deep in a squat my tear drop muscle aches like a bitch. But when I tightly wrapped my knees the other day the pain was gone and I squated deeper.
But my lower legs are slightly screwed up. Flat feet and knee caps that don’t correctly follow the groove. Wrapping for me is no good. But for you it most likely is OK. Long answer, short question. Blame the beer.
Firday night benchathon went great.
Been busy as hell. My wife is president of the local Philippine/American Association and their biggest annual shindigg is tonight. The planning committee’s been meeting here so I’ve been hiding out. Feel like Gulliver. Dozen under 5’ women running around the house. Tonight I get to dress up all pretty and eat like a pig. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to the gym tomorrow morning.

Hey, I hear how those parties go! My mom went to a reunion of the Philippine / American School recently. She is 72 years old and ran into classmates she had in 1947-1948 when she lived in Manila.
You probably look a lot like Gulliver at that gathering!
Ok, so I’m ready, takes me 2 minutes, wife is taking her traditional hour or so. Starts at 530 so people will start getting there about then. Had my pre-party briefing. Don’t know why she thinks these are necessary. I know how to behave, usually.
JW, those must of been some wild years for your mom with the rebuilding after WWII. Know an old guy from here has a B&W pictue of McArthur pinning a medal on him. Ask him what he did. Seems he was the only one knew how to build a saw mill after we retook the PI. Got decorated for building it.
Oh, oh, she’s almost ready. “it is a far, far better thing I do…” and all that. Later.
For those of you who’ve been readying my thread a while you may remember my son had been accepted to OCS. Well, the “Lieutenant” graduated early and snuck in to town yesterday while I was at work.
Guess everyone thought it’d be a big surprise for him to just show up at the party. It was. He’ll be here about a week and then he’s off to further training and then probably back to Iraq. Thinks he can “finally” outswim the old man. We’ll see. Yeah, I’m happy.
