Someone at his alleged level of development would NOT put their method up on a forum and ask for “thoughts”.
Funny Thread, looking forward seeing both of you 290 pounders huge guys.
This is dumb. Suddenly, everyone on the site is damn near an IFBB pro bodybuilder. Where are the pics of all of this progress and why are people this developed asking for advice?

I wouldn’t be so quick to jump down his neck. If it really works, then good for him. My current routine is this.
Mon/Thurs
Quads,Chest,Shoulders,Triceps,Calves
Tues/Fri
Hamstrings,Lats,Traps,Biceps,Forearms
2 exercises per muscle.
12-10-8-6 rep scheme.
16 sets per muscle per week.
The exercise selection changes on different days (Mondays workout is different from Thursdays etc.)
Each workout takes 75mins
I love it!

Pudzianowski 290 or Pre-Op Randy Jacskson 290? [/quote]
I’m nowhere near as lean as Pudz, and I’m nowhere near as fat as Randy Jackson was/is.
I’m around the 17-20% range, my jeans are loose 42’s.

Cool.
Post pics or quit telling us how much you weigh.

It’s funny that you call my Push/Pull split a weird training program. It’s about as old as TBT and Upper/Lower (which was my first training program).

Best post so far, can’t argue with that.

Those must be some very, very loose 42’s or you wear them because you got huge legs. Because it’s hard to believe wearing 42’s that your in the 17%-20% range. I’m around that range and I’ve never had to wear anything over a 36. I store most of my bodyfat in my midsection,

A good bit of this depends on build type/joint structure. I’m 5’11’ 290ish and wear 38-40 in jeans. 42 in slacks. Also depends on the brand of jeans as some just fit different than others. However, like others have said, we are just pissing into the wind here until we get either pictures or lifting videos.

I have to wear a size 44 just so my legs fit so his waist size is not the issue. It is more that suddenly everyone on a board like this is now my size or bigger but they apparently are shy of the camera…which is rare when you stand out that much.

I’ve seen your video’s in the BOI and your a big, strong dude with impressive lifts. But I don’t think you’d consider yourself at 17% bf at 290 like the other dude claimed would you?

well I’m not one to be camera shy… Here’s me from the other week… didnt weigh myself but im probably around 290 in this pic… maybe 285 but who’s splitting hairs here

I’ve seen your pics and probably have one the biggest legs on this site, so it doesn’t surprise me that you have to buy much bigger sized pants to fit your legs into them even though you’re not at a high level of bodyfat. I didn’t realize you had to go all the way up to 44 though. Damn there must be whole lot of extra slack when you tighten your belt. That sucks.

Not really, but this is because I have no idea what my body fat % is. I wouldn’t even know how to measure it. My point with the post was that its pretty impossible to tell what is reasonable vs what is not reasonable from only written stats on a page. I wasn’t trying to be judgemental/combative or anything either, and in retrospect I was really just beating a dead horse as others had said the same thing I had in different words already.

Yeah, it can be a hassle as far as pants are concerned, but that is why I am skeptical of these guys…because weighing 290lbs at 5’11" at anything under 20% is going to make you stand out like a well sized competing bodybuilder whether off season or not and people who s[end that much time building themselves up to that degree aren’t camera shy. You can’t go out and not have people notice you.
No one today can use the excuse that they don’t have a camera…because EVERYTHING FUCKING COMES WITH ONE.

No you’re right. It’s all guesswork when your talking about waist size and throwing #s around. And I admit I didn’t realize guys like X had to go all the way up to 44 pants when his waist is alot smaller than that. But I do know that if you’re under 6’ tall, 290 lbs and less than 20% bf, you’re pretty much going resemble an off season pro bodybuilder.

2005
190lbs
Before I even touched a weight.
